Horrible, the tech was a nice man and that's all I can say good about this company, don't use them , seek elsewhere for assistance. the tech's been here 2 times and I need him a 3rd time for a clog in my main line that they seem to have not cleared and I've paid 500.00 to have them clear. and now it's sunday and water is pouring out the trap and I can't get anyone to come until tuesday and the operator there is trying to quote some fee to me for work that suppose to have a warranty. do yourself a favor and contact another plumbing service, don't waste your time or your money !!! If there was a zero - star rating that's what they would get from me
came up with excuse after excuse to not come to do service during my emergency.
