Just walked in there after my husband spent 1000 dollars in gifts that needed returning. The women behind the counters were snotty and rude and completely uneducated. I walked right out. Ironic how nice they were taking my husbands money but could care less to help me exchange my jewelry.
Bought an engagement ring there and they were super helpful. Very nice people
