worse place to go for car ins. there nasty and rude, service is garbage go somewhere else trust that. those girls should be FIRED!!!!!! How is this place still open......... They just take your money then jerk you out of car ins.
I don't know what these other reviewers are talking about. I'm assuming they are not talking about lighthouse on Shirley. I have been going there since I first got my license almost 20 years ago. The staff is warm, inviting, and friendly. I am remembered by name when I walk in or call, and there have been times they have gone out of their way to call me if they thought there was an issue I needed to know about saving me time/money/headaches. I briefly switched companies when I lived out of state and I have never received the service I have gotten from Lighthouse. I love them.

Light house i had visited today i got full coverage on my first car and Ms.tonya was very nice and she worked with me and i tryed calling every other insurance and they gave me high quotes and for full coverage i got a very good price for downpayment. All i can say thank you light house for helping me get the insurance i need it was a PLEASURE!- Rebekah
Worst customer service ever. receptionist was rude and combative. All because she didn't know how to do her job. she was the perfect example of what a company is not looking for in an employee.
