Horrible horrible service on the phone, and short staff as usual. That's why hardware stores are making a comeback, very happy about that.
Wasn't too busy. Got in and out in a timely manner. Checkout was easy.

Definitely wouldn't waste my time calling them on buying product for my plumbing or heating and airconditioning company.
Cashier offered to give me $25.00 credit for my purchase. I was leery and didn't do it. They swiped my driver's license and asked me to enter my SS#. I wasn't applying for a credit card and was suspicious of supermarket type membership cards. Thought about telling store manager but I don't need the attention and this review is all I wanna do about it. I will be very cautious of fast talking retail employees in future.
I called on phone 5 times and they couldn't even answer simple questions or be helpful in anyway.
