Called them after 1800Flowers left me high and dry last minute with a nice little "sorry cant get your flowers today, how about next week?" when it was my mother in laws birthday today. Called these guys and they got her a beautiful arrangement, same day delivery, much better prices than 1800flowers and super sweet on the phone. SO grateful for these people. Thank you!

Went here with a bride-to-be to plan out her flowers for the wedding. Made an appointment for a consultation, walked in at our time and the guy we were supposed to consult with was stuck in the city on a job. Okay, stuff happens. The unprofessionalism came from whatever woman he had working there. Hanging out was whom I assume to be her boyfriend, cracking jokes about how she'd probably "burn the place down being in charge". She basically just blew us off, didn't offer a different time to come in and had no idea when he would be back. I'm happy we took our business elsewhere. Very poor experience.
I like using them. The flowers are fresh but a little over priced.
