This bank is a joke. Drive up is for ever. Thats if it has money. No parking. Not easy to get in and out. Or get to.

The bank manager was irratable and unhelpful. I had lost my wallet, cash, card, ID, and was trying to get a new card. I was turned away because I did not have ID. Four bank statements, an ATM recipt from two nights ago, three letters with my name and address and my car registration were not good enough. Thanks a lot for using your discretion of authority to help somebody in need. Thanks. Btw the manager at the Chase up the road on Montauk highway helped me immediately.
